About the event
Meditations, Journaling, Restorative Yoga, Reiki
We begin by checking in with each other and then with ourselves, meditating on our intentions, and journaling. We then practice restorative yoga (prop heavy, gentle postures) during which I will channel reiki individually and towards the entire group. We end the session by checking in once more and integrating our experience on the mat to our life off the mat.
