In this session, Kim shares the benefits, philosophy, and subtle physics of doing inversions (postures in which the head is below the heart). Learn about bandhas (locks), drishti (gaze/focus), how to use props (blocks, walls, etc.), and safe entries and exits into crow, headstand, and handstand. Practice tools and drills which you can apply to your regular asana practice. All levels welcome!
