Kirtan (In-Person)

Join Kim and friends in sharing mantras, songs, stories, and deep tuning into our inner vibrations. The benefits are similar to a sound bath with the option to participate ^_^ Gathering, singing, and sharing stories together has been a traditional practice across many cultures and lineages for thousands of years. Kirtan [in Sanskrit] translates to 'narrating, reciting' and is rooted in Hindu tradition (bhakti yoga), however, the practice is parallel to other cultures. All are welcome, no experience required.
