1-1 Distance Reiki (30 minute)

Service Description

Reiki is an energy work practice which was established in early 20th century Japan. A practitioner becomes a channel for rei (universal energy/life force) and directs this energy towards a recipient. This energy transcends time and space. About the session: We will begin the session with a brief check in to clarify and set intentions for the sessions, i.e. what do we hope to receive, let go, and embody? I will guide you through breath awareness and meditation to draw your awareness from outer to inner consciousness. Then I will channel Reiki towards you to receive. If needed, I will instruct specific practices to help the energy flow. ***I do not charge for channeling, only for my time and opportunity cost ($60/hr). Tips are appreciated, but not necessary!***
